EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY PRICING

Event Photography — Starting at $950

Includes:

• Up to 3 hours of professional photography coverage
• One professional photographer
• Professionally edited, high-resolution digital images
• Your finished images are delivered through a private online gallery, available for a minimum of one year, where you can easily view, download, and share your photographs.
• Personal and organizational usage rights

Additional Coverage — $200 per hour

For larger events requiring multiple photographers, extended coverage, or specialized photography services, custom pricing is available.

From corporate celebrations and award ceremonies to private gatherings and special occasions, we combine cinematic imagery, music, natural sound, and meaningful moments to tell the story of your event.

EVENT VIDEOGRAPHY PRICING

Cinematic Event Highlight Film — Starting at $1,495

Includes:

• Up to 3 hours of professional video coverage
• One professional videographer
• Professionally edited cinematic highlight film, typically 3–5 minutes
• Creative storytelling incorporating music, natural sound, and selected audio from the event
• Professional color correction and licensed music
• Your finished video will be delivered through a private online gallery, available for a minimum of one year, where you can easily view, download, and share your event.

Additional Coverage — $250 per hour

Extended coverage and customized event films are available by quote.

Our video services focus on cinematic storytelling rather than continuous, full-length recordings of speeches, presentations, or performances.
